Speech #2

Within the speech #2, the overall goal is to persuade the audience that the problem is urgent. You are to pick a topic from the options on the major speech #2 document. The length of the speech should be around 5-8 minutes long. After your speech is given, a one-page description of your rhetorical plan of attack for this presentation is due. The goal is to have a clear and concise argument that provides examples, evidence, and solutions. You will also need some type of visual aid based on your choosing. I will need to find a way to stand out and make your information equally as important as others in the class. This speech should be strongly argued and provide enough evidence and examples to persuade the audience.
